Raby Bay provides our most efficient departure point for Peel Island, Tangalooma Wrecks and other Moreton Bay destinations, allowing you to maximise your time enjoying the destination.

Alternative departure or return locations can be arranged.

Relocation Fee: $1,500 + GST each way

Applies to locations outside Raby Bay and covers additional vessel, Captain and crew travel time.

Please note: Brisbane River departures can add significant travel time to your destination. If you are planning to enjoy water sports, additional charter hours may be recommended to maximise your charter time.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

All guests participating in any charter or water-based activities with Sovereign Lady Charters do so voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.

Sovereign Lady Charters, its owners, crew, employees and contractors take every reasonable precaution to provide a safe environment, and the safety of our guests remains our highest priority. However, participation in water sports and other recreational activities involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage or, in rare circumstances, death.

By participating in any activities conducted during your charter, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree, to the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, to release and hold harmless Sovereign Lady Charters, its vessel, owners and crew from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from your voluntary participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by the crew. Any guest who chooses not to comply with crew directions may be excluded from participating in activities.
