Known to the local Aboriginal people as Moorgumpin—“Place of the Sandhills”, Moreton Island is renowned for its spectacular beaches, crystal-clear waters and towering sand dunes.
Formed over four hundred thousand years ago, the island’s sand dunes rise to approximately 285 metres above sea level.

Any guest who chooses not to comply with crew directions may be excluded from participating in activities.
