Catering Options

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, and we can supply everything you need to entertain.

Platters

Using locally sourced suppliers, we can organise platters such as fruit, sandwiches, wraps, chicken, antipasto, grazing style, dessert, hot pastries and fresh seafood such as prawns, bugs and oysters.

Light refreshments and beverages

You are more than welcome to bring your own.  Wines, pre-mix drinks and beer are acceptable on board.  We have several fridges, a large freezer and ice buckets as needed.  

Or you can choose a ‘destination meal’ from the LSC Waterfront Bistro in One Mile, Dunwich on North Stradbroke Island.
